All Florida Management Services is a full service community managment firm in that we can handle the physical management of your Association and we can provide financial management as well.
Physical management services include supervision of employees, subcontractors and vendors, as well as inspection of the Association grounds and taking the neccessary steps to correct any deficiencies noted. Our office provides support to the Board of Directors and any committee established on behalf of the Association.
Financial management services include receipt of funds due to your Association and then depositing them in the Association's bank account, provide the Board of Directors with the accounts payable checks to pay for goods and services provided to the Association and to monitor and report to the Board of Directors on the financial condition of the Association.
